When I first moved in summer of 2002 I was pretty happy with the place because it has a nice outward appearance and some good amenities such as a work-out room, free tanning bed, cp lab, frees movies to rent, etc. which I guess is why they jack up the price. The inside looks nice but the carpet and furniture isn't the greatest. I also live on the first floor and my porch is always a mess from mulch washing onto it and I constantly hear my neighbors above me just walking around.. Parking isn?t that great for guests b/c of the towing policy and the cp lab they advertise...I would go on campus before using, especially the printers. I especially wouldn?t recommend the place if you would never use many of the amenities you pay for. Also a lot (but not all) of the people who live here have a lot of money and are kinda snobby. But those are the worst things and I guess any place is going to have it's bad points. But overall it is nice and has a lot of extra stuff to offer. So I don?t REGRET my decision to have lived here, actually I would stay if I wasn't worried about who my next roommates might be. So just some warnings but overall i enjoyed my experience cause the staff was pretty nice, i never had any big problems with the place, and I ended up with cool roommates.
