I lived at Sterling for 2 years and I don't know why. You would think after 2 years the management might figure out who you are, whenever I walked in to pay rent they would always be really friendly and asked me how they could help, after telling them I was just there to pay rent, their attitudes totally changed. We had problem after problem and things were never fixed in a timely manner. When ever you tried to reach the manager, she was always "in a meeting or away from her desk" And never once did she return our phone calls. I wanted to move out in May because I was done with school and getting married. They said I could find someone to take over my lease. Which I did, what they didn't tell me is that they charge a ridiculous fee for this. It seemed like every time we turned around they were charging us for something. You wouldn't believe the things they charged us for when we moved out. If I had to do it all over again, I would have gotten a reg. apt and just rented the furniture. Their furniture wasn't even nice!
