I don't know what these other reviewers had stuck up there butts, but Sterling is a nice place to live. I was reading over other reviews and I didn't have any problems they experienced except for bugs, but who doesn't have a few bugs if you stay on the ground floor' Once we sent in a complaint, the problem was fixed within 24 hours. The management was always nice and knew my roomates and I on a first name bases. It is very rare to find an apartment in Knoxville that does not tow your car if you don't have a parking sticker, so this isn't anything knew. Sterling is a nice apartment for college students.
