Before I moved in, I was really excited about the walk-in closets and private bedrooms and bathrooms that the three bedroom had to offer. but after i got inside, i hated it. there were huge cobwebs hanging from the ceilings and the lights and when we went to the patio, their were hundreds of crickets and spiders in the storage area. when we told management about these problems, they looked at us as if we were just some random complainers without merit. finally we got someone to come to the apt and all they did was take ONE of the cobwebs half-way down with their hands. after more and more complaining, they agreed to come and clean everything up. the manager assured me everything would be completed in one hour. after 2 hours of waiting we traveled back up the hill to the office to unfriendly faces. another excuse for not cleaning and they said again we are coming right now to clean. at the end of the day and after a total of eight trips to the office, we ended up cleaning out all the cobwebs, bugs, and other tidbits left by previous residents and staff. to top it all off, they never gave us a key to one of the bedrooms b/c the incompetent manager was making a key for the wrong apartment. we checked in at noon and we weren't able to move in anything until 7 pm. that night, since my mattresses were nasty, torn, and broken, i ended up sleeping on the nasty couch. and of course, to get new matresses we had to fight with the stingy staff. this is the worst place to live for the amount of money we had to pay. i will never ever live here again and i don't advise anyone else to either.
