We moved into Sterling in August and only signed a 5 month lease. We wanted to make sure that we would be happy living there after a couple of bad experiences at other local collegiate residences. Since we moved in we have had great response from the maintenance staff and the office staff has been very helpful. We love the view and how big our apartment is. We also have free parking and haven't had to worry about being towed like we were last year in the Fort. We love it here and probably will stay until we graduate!!!
