All of the complaints on here are TRUE. Maybe some people did have a good experience, but do you really want to risk being one of the people who went through hell' Bad management that is always changing (3 GMs in less than a year!), bugs like you won't believe, beer bottles everywhere, noisy neighbors all of the time. And if you get a furnished unit, you are guaranteed a nasty mattress and couches with bong water, sex stains and God only knows what else on them.
People's cars get broken in to because you live one block from the cracker ghetto.

Yeah. You could have a great experience. Or you could be hating your life...but dang isn't the pool sparkling!
