I have been living at Sterling since August and I am very disappointed with how this place is ran. Don't let the ads and the sweet talking staff fool you when you come to look or better yet, don't even waste your time with Sterling University Heights. The staff is the most impersonable of any apartments that I have lived at (yes even worse than Jefferson Commons). This has not been an enjoyable experience so far living here and hopefully I will be able to trick someone in to subleawsing this apartment this summer. Also, the only time we hear from them is when they leave a note on our door for some kind of charge that they conjured up for our apartment to pay i.e. garbage at the door, the living on the 3rd floor charge of $5 extra a month, etc. Why don't you make yourself known by actually stopping by and showing your face when you leave a note on the door instead of putting it on there and running away. An apartment complex like Sterling is only interested in making money. My name is Blake McClain and I hate Sterling Heights with a passion.
