Positives-->Ethernet, bus pickup, HBO, cool staff but you have to buddy up with them in order to get stuff fixed,farely quiet,closets are huge, overall adequite space in the apartment, farely safe except from random visits from homeless guys banging on your door and asking for money and glasses of water.

Negatives-->Way too expensive, thin walls, never sprays for bugs so you get insane invasions from crazy insects, needs more guest parking, far away from campus, hot water is all out after one shower, computer lab requires you to bring your own paper and wont download anything, including word documents on emails.
