I lived here during my undergrad. I liked the busline and it was new then. However, my neighbors would play really really loud music til 3 am, I'd ask them to lower it, it would be softer and then go back up to how it was in the beginning in half an hour. Your bedroom is small and you can get a larger place for less in Knoxville. The price isn't worth the small space u get. Nor the noise.
