I have live in Sterling for 3 years and have basically enjoyed every aspect of it. I have never had a problem with noise. Parking is good. Prices are somewhat comparable to the competitors. However the staff has got to be the most incompetant group of people I have ever come in contact with. On average I received threatening delinquent rent letters every other month. These letters would be necessary for people who are delinquent on their rent, since I prepay my rent and water for the entire year(mainly so I don't have to deal with them) it is impossible that I am late on rent. In fact I am even months ahead of schedule with it. I would not trust the accountant there with counting the change in my nieces piggy bank.
