I lived in Sterling for 3 years. It has been a place of memories(good and bad). Overall it is a descent place to live. However, there are numerous aspects to this community. Extremely poor management. They have to be the most idiotic group of people to ever run an orginization(or lack there of). They have poor accounting practices that pale in comparison to Enron. They actually make up charges and other B.S. fees randomly. Also, your rent will fluctate dependig on who is giving you your balance(not including water). The walls are paper thin and the ground are on a staedy decline. Overall, dont waste your money, it's not worth the hassle and headache.
