Every time that i have gone into the office, the employees (except one) is always sitting at a desk talking on the phone. That's ok if if was business related....but its NOT. I work and know how difficult people can be, but I also know that these people are getting paid to be nice...and they are NOT nice! As soon as you walk in the office, the staff looks at you like you are bothering them, and after standing there for about a minute, they finally ask "What do you need'". I pay too much money to live here and I expect to be treated with a little common respect. And rent... this is going on the 2nd year that i have lived here and these people keep forgetting that, although they are nice, these aprtments are getting older! Prices I feel are a bit out of line, but its the additional charges that kill me. To have a dog it is a $350 deposit and then $25 extra a month on your rent...that is nuts!!! This staff knows that we are college students and think that they can walk all over us. Also the computer center SUCKS!!! the printers never work and the computers are old and slow, I wouldn care because I have my own computer but this is part of out rent and it sucks. Overall, there are alot of good things about this place, but I just hate being treated like I am three, so if you plan on renting here just be prepared to be ignored once you sign the lease.
