I moved into Sterling housing in the fall of 1999 and have been happily living here for three years. Of course, there will be maintenance requests; however, they are always met by the friendly maintenance staff and requests are more often than not handled the same day.
The office staff is continuously offering community events in which prizes are given away. Most recently a girl won $1000.00 and many of the residents recieved free hairstyles and makeup lessons from Belleza Salon and Spa.
Coming from someone who has experienced life at Sterling for 3 years...you absolutely cannot go wrong.
