I will not ever sign another lease with university heights

The staff is very unwilling to help, exclusively the manager. She talks down to my roommates and I as if we were 12 years old. Mainly the staff only complete maintenance requests if you have the ability to call them or go to their office, because they like to avoid you on the phone, every hour for the entire day. This is very disheartening when each of you pay 395 a month plus utilities for a small room and a bathroom.
