READ THIS: I wouldn't live here.

I have a good bet that every good review for this place is done by a staff member. I wouldn't live here again. Lets start with the good.
I love the 3br 3ba which is hard to find another apartment complex that offers this. The walls are pretty thick and can handle a large portion of the noise that college students are always making. The bedrooms are big, the bathrooms are big, and the closets are big. The living space is a good size too. The bus to campus was really nice.
However this place has an overwhelming list of problems. First off, I and a large group of individuals who lived here this past year all felt mislead in some way or another. I was led by a worker here to believe I would not be paying for some of my utilities which is not the case. The internet is the slowest T1 ever... and about as reliable as some dial up connections. The real problem with this place is the management. They see us as prey to take our money. They will try to fine you for anything you do, anything your friends do, and anything complete strangers do. They have a sketchy deal with a local towing service where he can just come in and tow anyone without a sticker. My roomate's car got towed. I truely believe they get a kickback for it. The pool and hot tub are always closed for some reason. Problems in the apartment happen to often. The kitchen is too small. There are bugs everywhere. I think I could go on forever. Bottom line is the cost is great for a sloppy product. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
