I have lived there for four years. I am now leaving and I am going to miss it greatly. I have no complaint against the managment there; mostly because they are pretty consistent compared to other places I have lived. I love that they have a free tanning bed, all-inclusive rent, and that they have always fun monthly events. I find it odd that there are a ton of people who live here, but only a few seem bent upon tearing apart the managment. Having worked in customer service before, I always feel sorry for the people who work there. I actually go to school with some of them. I have come in several times on weekends to witness a resident screaming & cussing at the staff just because they had to pay a late fee on rent. It's not their fault you did'nt pay rent on time! Have a heart, they are just doing their jobs....as far as bugs...I've never had an issue there. Perhaps it's because I clean up after myself.I feel it is a very secluded and quiet place to live! Goodbye Sterling/University Heights! I will miss all the people I met while living there on my path through life!
