When i moved into the heights i thought i would be saving money and getting an awesome college living experience..not!! almost everything in my apartment has broken and most of it has not been fixed. the washing machine flooded my kitchen, garbage disposal broke, dishwasher stopped draining out water, toilet flooded and literally shot water at me! we've been fined for ridiculous things. like having a recycling bin on my patio. the fire alarms went off at random around 3 or 4 in the morning for about three months. i was told they needed batteries! yeah right! they would keep going off unless the fans in the bedrooms were on high! the people employed to do work are no more than glorified janitors given a set of keys and they enter your apartment whenever they feel like it. including "inspections" about once a month. utilities are not included. ha!! and once i was told my apartment needed to be painted and all my furniture needed to be moved and everything had to be taken down from the walls by the next morning. crazy ridiculous!!! horrible!! trust me. i have had over 1000 dollars in fines to pay! do not live here if you want a reasonable living situation. the only good thing about living here was the tanning bed, hott tub and parking.
