I've been living here for four months. So far, so good. Yes, they are a bit dated but everything works well. I had a problem with the fridge leaking and they came out the next day to fix it. The office staff called one week later to make sure everything got fixed OK. Some people have complained about the staff but they have been great for me. About a month later, it started leaking again so I called to get it fixed again. The maintenance guy came out the next day and fixed it perfectly that time. Once again, the office staff called about a week later to make sure everything was fixed OK. Finally, the bathroom sink was leaking so, once again, they came out the next day, fixed it, and the office staff called one week later to ensure everything was OK. All of the reviews on here are for before I moved in so maybe they've made some positive changes. I don't know but the maintenance and office staff have been great.

I see a few bugs every once in a while. There are some spiders in the back porch but I just sweep all corners once a week and that takes care of the problem. I occassionally see house centipedes inside. If I leave the back door open after dark, I get a couple of bugs in the house. Again, this is going to be an issue at any apartment so I don't understand why people expect apartments to be perfect. This place really isn't bad.

I live in one of the sub-level apartments so I am in the back of the complex. It's really quiet back here. My next door neighbor works here and is really quiet. I can hear the person upstairs but that is going to be a problem at every single apartment, especially one for this price. The only way to avoid that is to live in an apartment with cinder block between each floor but the rent is going to reflect that.

I used to own my own home so I should be the pickiest renter. I was until I had to tell myself that an apartment is never going to be as nice as a house. No, you can't control what other people do so you may be able to hear the person above you walking or may have dog poop outside. However, the apartment complex has done a pretty good job limiting these things. Overall, I've been happy here and am actually recommending that my best friend gets a place here.
