I lived at Sunchase for two years and the first problem was some confusion with the very unhelpfull office staff.. of which I ended out paying an extra months rent because they "forgot" to post my payment. Second, of which my apartment had been broken into through the attic , that might I add leads to every other apartment within the same building..Another problem was some mold growing on the ceiling from a leak that maintenence never fixed , only spraypainted. I am still waiting on my deposit of which I was told had been in the mail, for what must be going on three months now. And one last thing..I would suggest you ask to see the actual apartment you will live in as it isnt near as nice as the model apartments .
