I have been so happy here. I enjoy walking my dog on the grounds. I do wish that everyone cleaned up when their dogs go potty outside. There is almost no "neighbor noise". It is very peaceful. I think the maintenance and office staff are WONDERFUL! My potty was acting up on a Saturday morning, and maintenance came immediately to fix. Even though the apartment is older, it is well built. That is very rare in the Knoxville apartment arena. I live alone and I feel so very safe and comfortable. I plan on staying for years to come.
