Yeah, this place was really nice until my car got broken into by some ghetto scumbag in a hooptie only 6 months after I moved in, the next day I found out the guy in the apt. across the street from got his broken into as well. Later, I found out this is a regular occurance, and just last week, yet ANOTHER car got it's window broken and car stereo stolen. The 'curteousy officers' here are a joke, off duty cops who are worthless, and must need the extra money.
Now, let me get to my neighbors. First, we had a 300 lb. woman living upstairs who literally shook the Earth whenever she walked. Next was the weirdo who kept falling on the floor, like every other day, until we thought he was dead or something. Then came the lovely chap who tried to kill himself, then called 911 and hung up, only to have the police come over and break his door down, a lovely experience. Next was the redneck family across the sidewalk, who insisted on leaving their front door open ALL THE TIME, so when the man got drunk, which was every day, the entire complex could enjoy their white trash fights, which included him threatening her and their children. We came home one night to find he had kicked her out, and thrown everything she owned all over the community sidewalk and grounds, making a huge mess. The office refused to do anything except file a noise complaint, they wouldn't even call the police! My last (thank God) neighbors, as I'm moving out in 10 days, were a young Hispanic couple who started fighting the FIRST DAY, and we later found out, he was beating her. Her mother called the cops and they came out, only to do nothing. Tonight, it sounded like they were trying to kill each other. The girl broke every glass thing in the house, INCLUDING the tank for the 5 ft. alligator no one knew they had, and apparently didn't have a permit for. The guy decided to go out into the courtyard, and at the top of his lungs, yell that he only beat her because his Dad molested him, nice. Her rebuttal was she only stood for it because her Dad beat her and her mother, who was there as well. Once again, the cops came, the courteousy officers, and staff didn't do anything. On her way out, the girl decided to puncture their waterbed, and let it completey drain all over the floor, and into my ceiling. I know have pans strewn everywhere to catch the unending stream of water. There is NO WAY I'm paying for any water damage. THIS PLACE IS HELL!!!

SUNCHASE CAPITAL, INC. (SunChase) appears to have some major internal hiring issues. I would make sure you are not affiliated with this company, as they have many subsidiaries. They own gas stations, apartment complexes, office condos, among other types of businesses. Beware, they deliver poor service in each and every one of their business ventures. This corporation has a "Our way or ---- off" approach to its business. Avoiding their business has actually relieved a great deal of stress in my life.
