I lived here twice in 1989-1990 and again later in the 1990s. I liked it both times. I left the first time to get a place closer to where I worked. A couple years later, I moved back, to a larger apartment than I had the first time. I was especially happy with the 2nd apartment. Its entrance was ground level but because the building was on a slope, I had a balcony rather than a patio. That gave me the advantages of a second floor apt without the walk up. I found the office employees to be very helpful, especially when the neighbors-from-hell moved in upstairs. After a couple warnings, they were told to leave or be evicted. I left only because I bought a house. If I were to move back to Knoxville, this is where I would go. The location is good and the indoor pool is fabulous.
