I lived at Suchase apartments for 13 months. I really enjoyed living here. The location is just ideal. The property is not only wooded and has nice trees but it minutes away from all types of stores. The drive to downtown is a bit long, but this is the closest you have to be from the downtown for a nice location. adjoining property is a church whose grounds have a long and beautiful jogging track. This place gives an ideal mix of suburban living.

The apartments are nice and well apointeted. Ofcourse, if you are going to visit the place before renting insist on looking at a real apartment, the models look much better.

The best thing about this place, apart from having shady trees in front of your apartment, is that you get to park your car right at the door of the apartment. No walking throught the hallway and elevators. It is very handy when you come back from food shopping. This goes for those who prefer to live on the first floor as all apartments get their own staircase, which is inside the apartment. (This is not strictly true for all apartments so make sure you ask for an apartment with this feature.)

Also, I received a full refund of my security deposite, which I appreciate.
