Lived here for 1 year. Liked the set-up for the upstairs, liked the mirrors. Reception and maintainance terrible... so many time I felt like I am talking to myself, they do not care. Bugs, drunk and noisy neighbours everywhere. So much noise from Cedar Bluff. Only one washer and drier facility with small washers, some of them not in working condition, will eat your money.

When I lived at Sunchase, I was awakened many nights by drunks wrestling in the grass just in front of my building. The condition of the apartments is a far cry from the beauties they hire as office staff. Pretty on the outside, but truly ugle on the inside.
