I didn't care a great deal about the apartments at first, but I thought the location would be great. That was before I had to sit in the parking lot trying to get out in school traffic every morning (while watching the maintenance crew sitting around smoking cigs). The walls/ceiling has very little noise suppression. I could lay in my bed and litteraly tell everywhere my upstairs neighbor went. When he came in and went up the stairs the wall literally shook. I always had a problem with ants. If you care about comfortable living conditions, this isn't the place for you.
