I live in the apartment. When I got into the apartment, I have made a initial check list white paper into black and identified many problems like cleaning is improper, hot place is horrible, exhaust fans does not work, rest room door does not lock, room doors does not lock. When I went back to the leasing office, they looked at me like a bufoon and it is impossible that so many problems for a apartment which is rented two days back. And they never agree and come and check the apartment. This is a great insultation to me.

The hot plate, Refridgerator, Dish washer all are decades old. The Laundry Room is highly unsafe, I did not expect that some one has stolen my throw and the basket.

For the same rent, we can get many better apartments outside. No improvement in the facilities, but increase in the rent.

The roaches and insects in the house are common things. On top of everthing very unfriendly staff.
