at first, i really liked my apartment. it's in a good part of town, it was affordable, & it was my first place, so i was ready to get out of my parent's house. but then everything started to suck. there are huge, nasty roaches that are "from the mulch" & they crawled around my patio, so i couldn't enjoy sitting out at night, which i didn't want to anyway because that stupid square "privacy" thing isn't enough. the maintenance crew consists of a bunch of lazy -------s that just sit around & smoke outside the laundry center. so when you need something done it takes forever, plus they're rude. i had a guy come out to fix something & he was giving me attitude & slammed my door then blamed it on the wind. HAH. i ended up cussing him out & he apologized. i would always wait to do laundry til after they all got off work so i wouldn't get gawked at. the a/c worked fine for awhile, then it stopped cutting off & on & would just run for hours, so i bought a fan. i didn't want another encounter with a maintenance guy. plus the staff doesn't care about any of your issues. i left a trash bag outside for like 5 minutes while i went to grab something else before leaving for a few hours, & when i got back there was a note on my door threatening me to remove trash or my lease could get terminated. but a few apartments down there was tons of toys & other random stuff that was allowed'' --------. also, the doorstoppers were missing, there was faulty wiring, my toilet seat was broken, the stove smelled when i used it, the mailman is an -------, the loud mexican family down the way always let their little hellians play outside & scream, got a rude, new neighbor upstairs & let me tell you...don't get a downstairs!! these apartments are old & creaky so you will regret it. someone can barely move upstairs & it's loud. basically, if you are only going to live here for a little bit, it's probably decent...but don't make it your long term home. my lease is up soon & i can't wait to get out of this old, smelly, poorly-lit, over-priced piece of CRAP.

I concur completelY dont rent long term its full of bugs also, dog crap every where...if you dont mind dog Sh@# all over the grounds or bugs then you will be happy living here!
