I lived at Sunflower for a year and left only because I wanted something bigger. The best thing about Sunflower is the staff, they are very helpful, friendly and competent. If you like the idea of a loft apartment this is a unique location in Knoxville to get one at a reasonable rent. They are older, and therefore have some issues, but the maintenance staff is very prompt in responding to requests.
