Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
In the 2 years my wife and I lived here I had my car broken into no less than 3 times and hers once. My car was once smeared with fecal matter for what reason I cannot possibly fathom as we spoke to no one while we lived there. Her car was vandalized. My wife was nearly assaulted one night by a man walking the gounds in his birthday suit-high on whatever. All the management could say was that they were sorry And claimed these things vever happened before. If you get an apartment in the back of the complex don't expect to get parking close to you residence from 5pm on as spaces fill up quick. There were no real perks to living here and now that there is construction going on your cross town commute will be murder. I cannot POSSIBLY recommend this place. Out of all of it I can only say that it was one of the quietest places I've lived.
