My husband and I moved in here shortly after we got married. We LOVE it here. The office staff is incredibly helpful and maintenance is FANTASTIC considering all the apartments they have to maintain. We've lived here a year and recently renewed our lease for another year--if we really hadn't liked it, there are a TON of other apartment complexes in W. Knoxville we could have gone to instead. I haven't had a problem with my commute, but I'm a Knoxville native and I know how to avoid traffic. I would suggest this apartment complex to anyone!
