I'm still a resident here at Sunflower, and I couldn't have picked a better place to make my first home. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully kept up by residents, and you'd never guess that I-40 is just down the road from the lack of traffic and noise. It seems most tenants here are UT students, but noise is never a problem, and I'm still wondering if there really ARE people living above and to either side of me it's so quiet! Parking isn't bad, there is enough and plenty for guests, though if you drive a truck like me, you might find the spots to be a bit cramped and the guest lot a better choice to park in. Moving in is a pain at least for my apt since a hill stands between your furnature and your apt - downhill. But overall, it's great. The staff here are always willing to please, and any minor thing that goes wrong will have someone there to fix it usually within a few hours. Highly recommended! I don't plan on leaving here until I'm ready to buy a home - you'll not find a better apt complex for the money anywhere in East Tennessee.
