I've lived at Sunflower for the past several moves and had to make a move out of town recently due to a family health situation, and I wanted to post that my time at Sunflower was amazing.

----- ------ is a warm, wonderful, friendly, efficient, fair manager, and she's always there for her tenants.

The location, whether you're a student a UTK or work in West Knoxville, is great. And once the I-40 construction ends (soon, I hear), it will even be more convenient.

I was in a two-bedroom townhouse, and one of the major selling points for me was the abundant storage -- huge closet downstairs and THREE large ones upstairs.

My stay was a joy, and I want to publicly thank ----- for being not only a great manager but a good friend.
