I have really enjoyed my experience here at Sunflower! The staff was very diligent about everything from my lease renewal to a small leak I had under my kitchen sink. The maintenance staff has always been good out keeping the grounds looking good and the property is well taken care of! I am really going to miss it here......You should definitely check it out!

Wow...must have been nice to only have ONE small leak in 7 years...you at the top of the hill or bottom? Anyways, wish I could have fallen into the minority...unfortunately...I fought the floods like the majority

I was very pleased with my experience at Sunflower. I am sorry that you have had so much trouble. Have you made the office aware that you have issues? I know in the past there were problems but the new crew seems to have it together.
