Lets just say that someone that has lived in Sunflower now for over 3 yrs has put up with a lot. Consistant things breaking, maintenance turn over rate is HUGE, never qualified staff or workers, no one cares about the tenants needs except if your over paid rent is on time, and its an act of congress to get them to help you. I unfortunatly am stuck here for a little while longer. I have never felt great about this place after new management took over. Manager is EXTREMELY rude and only cares about herself. I see her outside smoking more than willing to look into the real problems. After contacting the office in Nashville, they did nothing but a follow up call. Parking sux and people are always denting your car. The only thing positive is that I have met plenty of other friends that feel the same way. Once Im gone im gone... they will make sure to screw you on a apt reference. Watch out for that one too ;)
