Good apartments...for a student.

Sutters Mill apartments are a decent place to live. The office staff is nice & maintaince does a good job. If you have a problem, they are quick to rectify it. The apartments overall are nothing fancy. Med-sized bedrooms & living area. I feel they are attractively priced at $675/3BR though. The apartments are close to I-40, West Town Mall, & UT. The tenants are a mix of college students & families. I have met some of my best friends there and have had a plethera of fun times. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to get their 1st apartment, is a student, or is on a tight budget. The only problem we've had was that a few cars were broken into. Management quickly moved a police officer into our complex. This seems to have fixed the problem. Sometimes parking can be a problem too, but it depends on which building you live in. Overall I have had an enjoyable 3 years at Sutters Mill. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
