I have lived in Sutters Mill Apartments for two wonderful years. The staff are very professional and maintenance gets jobs done in a very timely manner. The apartments are reasonably priced for the location in which they were built. It takes only eight minutes to get to the UT/Downtown area. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a place that is reasonably priced and in a central location.
