Don't live in the three bedrooms!

I warn you now, the three bedrooms are a horrible design in the fact that they have the least area to park and the most residents occupying them - the development plan surrounding the three bedrooms was completely horrible.
Also, the children. There are so many children in the three bedroom, unsupervised children (which is what makes it a problem). Not to mention the varieties of low income families that they allow to inhabit that area.
There have been cars broken in to and an actual drunk hispanic drove their car in to one of the three bedrooms on the lower level.
The north west side of the grounds are a lot nicer and a lot more decent than the three bedroom alcove. If you want three rooms, I would suggest a more high end apartment complex that is able to be more selective of their tenants.
PS; not to mention the nightmare that is the papermill/I-40 construction. Just weigh your options before making Sutters Mill your final choice.
