Sutters Mill is a great place...the management is responsive to service requests (I've never had anythign take more than 48 hours) and very freindly. My biggest complaint is that the dumpsters are emptied at 8 am on Friday mornings (but that's the city's problem). The rent fgoes up at $10 each time you renew your lease, which is pretty typical.

There is a variety of people in the complex: single, new families and college students. Noise is never really a problem, except on special occasions (New Year's, the occassional party). The pool is well maintained, as are the grounds.

Sometimes you have to park a little father away, but only is you get home late at night (after 10 pm).
