Sutters Mill Apartments

This is a really cool place to live. Excellent amenities at an excellent value. The management staff is exceptional - especially that friendly, young, attractive leasing manager with the great personality and awesome smile! ----- Management Co. could charge an extra $100/month just for having her on staff. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and quality control is above and beyond. Apartments are older (70's style popcorn ceiling, and no central overhead lighting, etc.) but well designed and built. First floor is below grade with a breezeway so access is allowed to either top or bottom level by only one flight of stairs. Ceramic tile in bathroom and kitchen, as well as the decora style device plates add a touch of class and elegance. Big patios and plenty of storage are a big plus. The complex is all-wood construction which is uniquely attractive relative to brick or aluminum, although God help us if the place ever catches fire from one of those idiot college kids carelessly flicking a lit cigarrette off their balcony. Fortunately the public fire alarm system is tied into each unit - and furnished with strobe lights and horns that could awaken the dead. The location is perfect with a Weigal's just a few hundred yards down the street and a post office not much further. The place is convienant to I-40, west-town mall, Kingston Pike and Lake shore park.
