I have lived at Sutters Mill Apartments for a year and a half and I totally love it!
The staff is really nice and if something has to be fixed they come right away, usually the same day or the day after even during weekends or holidays!
The amenities are great, pool, tennis, gym, basketball, volleyball, grills...And the apartments are really spacious and well kept. The location is also really good since you can access to I-40 or Kingston Pike very quick and at the same time it's a very quiet place.
If you are looking for an apartment I highly recommend you to come here!
