Very high priced for the area. Was looking for a gated community when I move in a year and a half ago but the gate has been broken for 7 months! Management is rude and very unprofessional. The parking lot is dark and no plans for more lights. Maintenance takes forever. New residents are getting better deals now, which means a slummier place to live. Would recommend checking out Walker's Crossing or the gated community on Deane Hill if wanting a nice place worth your money.
