I have lived at the Willows since 1994. There have been several changes in the office staff over the last year and there were two very bad managers in a row that were horrible! They did not take care of things in the office at all (We might have moved if they had stayed) There has also been a lot of constuction during that time but it has all been improvements on the property. There is now a new manager in the office who is very nice and is taking care of things. I have had a very good experience living at The Willows - Cindy was at the property when we moved in and was always very professional and followed through with any concerns that we had. We did have a bad leak in our apartment a few years ago and the maintenance took care of it but since then all the plumbing in our community has been replaced so we haven't had any more problems with leaks. We would not have lived here this long if we had not been happy. I would recommend the Willows - the apartments are a good size and the grounds are beautiful. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

You must personally know Cindy or you really just have had a string of good luck. There are many people who think she is a JOKE even her other properties have issues. I was harrassed over a bill that I did not even owe, while on vacation. There was no apology from the idiot Regional Manager, Cindy. I do agree that Debbie the new manager is doing WELL and is making a difference but too much has happened and I don't have enough time to type all that has happened to me. NO Apartment Community is perfect but I did not think I was moving into a GETTO like surrounding. I am glad your time there has been GREAT, but I am opting to pay $200 more so I can seperate myself from the types of people that are beginning to rent there. The GATES never work, gated community...hahahaha what a JOKE! Oh a pharmacist, one of the few professionals, use to live there and while we were out he got a harrassing phone call about his DOG. He had already moved out for about 3 months! Great JOB Cindy and your team, way to make yourselves look like IDIOTS!

In response to markr126, I have also lived at The Willows for more than 2 years and have always dealt with Cindy. She has always provided great service - it is probably good that you moved out because you don't sound like you would be a very good neighbor since you are obviously so unhappy with your life. There is nothing getto about the Willows and it is people like you that look like idiots with your ignorant review and stupid comments.
