...if you're management. they're the only ones. don't let them fool you. they'll screw you every way they can after you sign on the dotted line. as far as others saying it's safe because of a security guard, they're nuts. the guy never comes around. plus, the dark parking lots present too much opportunity for crooks looming around the place. it's dirty too. smelly apartments and they're all mildewed. you'll see. take a tour at night, and without management with you.
