First of all I wrote this anonymously because I dont want an outpouring of e-mails however I can be reached by calling the office. I AM the courtesy officer for this property and a Knox County Deputy. I am concerned with the complaints I have read regarding security on this property yet I have only recieved 3 phone calls from residents regarding anything. I welcome you to contact the office when a problem occurs on this property. That is what I am here for. I can assure you that this is a very safe community or I would not live here myself. I do work crazy hours but I am on the property at all hours of the day and night due to my schedule. I have met a number of residents but of course I have not met everyone just as I am sure you have not met all of the people who live in the 250 apartments here. If you have any problems on the property call the office number and I can be contacted. In all fairness, I cannot do anything about problems I dont know about. I will continue to do my best to assure that this is a safe community remains a safe place to live. Thank you.
