Since I fist posted on this site, Kim was fired. John is the new property manager and he does a great job at it! This is my 8th yr (i think) of living here and this is the best it's been here. We are very happy to have John taking care of us now.

Maintenance requests are usually taken care of that very day. We have a new maintenance guy, David, that does one heck of a job! Even my dog likes him and my dog doesnt like anybody.

I totally recommend The Willows to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Stephanie sucks too. She's now at a different complex though, harrassing their tennants and not sending receipts for rent that's been paid.

I don't even know how to respond to this! Your statement was filled with incorrect facts to which I have ample documentation. You did not get an eviction, you got a notice of non-renewal. I am sorry that you are so unhappy with me, that I cannot help. The Willows is a delightful place to live with many new upgrades including new lighting,newly renovated tennis court, parking permits that have helped immensly with our parking problem and many more wonderful things to come. We stay full because people love to live here, and many have been here over l0 years. I invite you to come visit to see what a delightful place the Willows truly is, and what a wonderful attentive staff we have, despite what a few choose to say. Keep in mind that there are two sides to every story, and out of respect for our residents I will not lower myself to slander anyone.

LMAO.... Guess there was some truth to this persons article. Kim is gone and they have since been through 2 more managers. There documentation is horrible at this place.

I assure you that I am a resident of the willows. if you read carefully, my first post was in 2007. i came back just last week to post an update. i started a new review and it added my old posts and comments with my user name. so nope, this aint john. if it is, he is gonna have to start wearing a very big bra!

This post is interesting since it looks like it was just posted this month, 2/2009 but has comments from 2007. Hmmm, looks like the management wasn't smart enough to at least post a new fake write up, but rather took an old one and made some changes...nice try John! What a loser!!!!
