FYI - the management that is mentioned in the reviews as being rude is no longer there. I have lived at the Willows for 3 months and it is a great place. John and Erica in the office are awesome and the reason that I leased. (I didn't ever meet the manager - she seemed to stay in her office so I can't say if she was rude or not.) I looked at several places before I made a decision but John and Erica definitely stood out from the crowd - the customer service is wonderful! I do really like my apartment as well but it is truly the beautiful grounds and awesome staff that makes me feel at home.
