I advise anyone who is looking to rent an apartment at The Willows think twice. Parking is a joke and there is not enough spaces for the residents to park. They allow people to park their boats, trailer and other types in parking spots. How can you allow residents to take up spots with things other than vehicles when you can even supply enough spaces for vehicles''' Erica that works in the office is a joke as well. She can manage her way out of a wet paper bag. The grounds are well kept, but other than that the place sucks

I have lived at the willows for a while. And while I agree that parking can be an issue, it is an issue at other complexs I have been to. I think the office staff is very nice, I have not had any problems. The Willows is a great place to live, dont believe everything you read!

You are a man and dont feel safe here...sounds like YOU are the one who grew up in a closet. The staff is nice and if you dont feel safe HERE, I dont know where you would. This place is great.

You can always tell when the staff of a community gets on here and writes reviews. The apartments are old and crappy. Wow they put some new cabinet doors on cabinets that have been there since the place was built. Here is a tip, when you paint the walls of an apartment, you should paint everything! They paint the walls up to the ceiling. That would be fine if they cut it in around the edges, but they just slap the paint and it looks absolutely horrible. The front gate is a joke also. Half of the people dont even know their own damn code and sit and wait for someone else to open it. These apartments are over priced. I love some of their listings on Craigs List, "3 br 2ba penthouse living", what a joke!
