When I moved in the office staff told me to make sure I use my parking pass. Well no one here uses the parking passes and there isn't even enough parking for the residents. My suggestion would be to assign parking spots so there isn't this chaos of parking in fire lanes and in front of fire hydrants. The problem with this suggestion is if they'd assign spots then it would be known there is not enough parking for everyone! That is ridiculous! Also the office staff has also been made aware of people parking in the fire lanes and they don't do anything about it! I'm shocked especially after the fire two weeks ago in west knoxville apartments. 19 apt. homes were destroyed, people lost everything! Well today the fire department showed up (I do not know under what circumstances)but they were unable to park in the fire lanes. I'm assuming there wasn't a fire because they weren't here long and they couldn't get to the fire hydrants anyway. Hopefully they will be paying some pretty hefty fines for the violations...do not live here you are risking your safety! and if you decide to live here anyway BUY renters insurance!!
