This place is such a freaking joke!!!! I agree with the latest post about the mngt. being complete idiots! They told me the apt. I was going to get had all the upgrades and charged me for them and I moved into the most ridiculous 70's style apt. I've ever seen. I had to move in b/c I had signed the lease prior to seeing it and they told me in order to get out of it I would have to pay like $3000. This is such a joke!!!! The best part is that I can hear my neighbors conversations on a daily basis! This should have been advertised in their great fliers that made me think this was a livable place. Can't wait for the next 3 months to fly by!

The same thing happened to me except for the neighbor situation. Simply put, the Willows is broken beyond repair. Incompetence abounds from the management staff to the maintenance staff. I'm not opposed to incompetence as long as you're charging me appropriately. But here at the Willows they charge people money that implies that the staff and facilities are up to par when in actuality they aren't even close. I feel your pain and join you in your count down to the end of your lease.

DON'T MOVE TO THE WILLOWS! I'm right in there with you! I had a similar experience. I was told that my apartment was going to have new carpet put in if there were any stains inside; however, that was not the case! I walked in, after signing my lease, to a DIRTY apartment. They hadn't even finished cleaning it, and right smack dab in the middle of my living room floor was a bright red stain! And it should come as no surprise to find out that the manager was not true to her word! They did not replace my carpet, but sent someone in to try to clean it, and then the manger had the nerve to suggest that I get a coffee table to put over the stain. I was livid, but there was nothing that I could do about it because I had signed a lease. I moved out as soon as my 9 month lease was up! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE!
