Do not move in here. I am an extremely clean person, but when i moved out, I got charged astronomical fees that I was not told about prior to the move out date. For carpet cleaning alone, they charged me 160.00 and after the fact told me that it was PROCEDURE. In addition, they said if I did not pay the fee, they would report me to collections. This place is absoluetly rediculous and HIGHLY HIGHLY OVERPRICED...You can really really bad service. Nothing is ever fixed. I lived there one year and every week I complained about things in apartment...THEY NEVER EVER GOT FIXED...Management was so terrible. I have never had such bad management anywhere in any apartment I have ever lived in. The apartments smell like smoke, and the residents are loud and noisy. I was so appauled by the move out fees and the living conditions, that I had to come on here to warn others. If you are looking for a highly priced, badly managed, small apartment, you have found the place. However, I can assure you there are many other choices to choose from in Knoxville. Do not be decieved, as I was, into thinking this was a great place to live...You will get taken for alot of money, and frankly I felt like a fool for thinking this apartment was not after my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It may just be bad economy, but this place really did sqander alot of my money, and call it PROCEDURE!!!! DON'T BE FOOLED...

You are soo right!!! This place is a joke and loves to charge fee's for everything! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAP HOLE
